RobinDrip is a provider and manufacturer of custom goods, therefore we are unable to accept returns on items.
All Sales are final.Â
That being said, we would hate to hear you are unsatisfied, that is why we created our own version of a satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase let us know how we can fix it, and we can provide to you at cost! Contact our team, or live chat with our associates and let us know how we can assist!
COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to high demand and the ongoing health crisis in the world, some items currently experiencing severe delays in shipping. Some shipment companies are currently experiencing a backlog in processing deliveries as well as rerouting shipments due to flight cancellations. Delivery may take up to 10 business days or more. Please note that these delays are entirely out of our control.Â

We support sustainability and standard shipping (the cheapest shipping rate with long shipping times) is an important factor in lowering our carbon footprint on the environment.
We ship and work with different designers and suppliers around the world to create our pieces in order to be able to bring them to you at a low cost. Depending on where you live, Our products are made in the USA and Canada.Â
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Once an item has been shipped, RobinDrip shall not be responsible for any uncollected parcels which includes presenting an incomplete or wrong address.
TrackingÂ
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking code to activate.
Duties, Customs & TaxesÂ
Customers are also fully responsible for all duties, customs and taxes. Robin Drip is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. To find out about duties, customs and taxes please visit your local customs website. Â

RETURNS
All sales are final.Â
We do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons. We do not process exchanges, returns or refunds on any purchases.
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily replace it within 7 days of delivery. Please email our Customer Support team with your order number and a photo of the damages. All items must be UNWORN and have original tags/packaging.Â
An item is not deemed faulty if damaged while wearing the item and cannot be returned.

Every order is custom made to order so we are unable provide any refunds. All sales are final.
